Anxiety is all about fear and the future.

1/ At an aware level, you can overcome anxiety by training yourself to follow these 2 actions constantly:
- Live in the moment and be present minded as much as you can.
Most of the time, there is no danger in the now and most of our "bad expectations" behind anxiety aren't fulfilled.
